At 18650 Batteries, we stand by the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, batteries that have been charged, discharged, or show signs of terminal wear cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unused batteries to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original protective plastic cases and use a sturdy shipping box with non-conductive padding to prevent movement and ensure safety during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items via a ground carrier compliant with lithium battery transportation regulations.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the voltage and physical condition of the cells, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
