What are your shipping restrictions for lithium-ion batteries?
Due to safety regulations, lithium-ion batteries must be shipped via ground transportation. We comply with all DOT and IATA regulations, which may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to non-hazardous goods.
Do you provide battery cases with my order?
Safety is our priority. We include a free plastic protective carrying case with every pair of 18650 batteries purchased to prevent accidental short-circuiting during storage or transport.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened batteries in their original packaging. For safety reasons, batteries that have been charged, discharged, or have damaged wraps cannot be returned.
